David Gausa, winner of a Ibiza Deejay Awards and author of the book DJ, impulsa tu carrera!, He has dedicated his life to DJing, music production, radio, podcasting, teaching and record management among many other facets linked to being a professional DJ/Producer. Active for over 35 years and a pioneer of club sound in Spain, Its sound has circled the globe.

He has made his mark as a weekly resident DJ at the mega-club Amnesia Ibiza, in the best years of the legendary Atlantis from Sitges/Barcelona, being a regular in Pacha or the vanished and legendary Space Ibiza for promoters like Matinee Group either We Love Sundays at Space.

He has visited a long list of clubs and countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Italy, France, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, Russia, Ukraine, Portugal, Greece, Egypt…, and was in charge of closing the B-Parade Festival (the Barcelona “Love Parade”), which was held for the first time in Barcelona with the attendance of +100.000 people, among many other outstanding achievements.

He has also been a resident DJ and has created very elegant atmospheres in top-level venues such as the W Doha Hotel & Residences of Qatar, and recently in the luxurious '‘Official Hospitality Program‘'from the prestigious Louis Vuitton 37th America's Cup sailing, which took place in her hometown of Barcelona in 2024.

With 14 years old won his first contest remixing the classic ‘'Dub Be Good To Me'’ of Beats International, and launched his first production to the market at just 16 years old. Throughout its long history, it has gone through different stages and trends, being the House, he Techno and its many variations its main pillar.

His works have been released on prestigious international labels such as Defected, Zerothree/Toolroom, Ministry of Sound, Size, Stereo Productions, Hed Kandi, Hot…, or the legendary New York House label Strictly Rhythm.

He directs and produces the long-running and successful Sutil Sensations radio, program and official podcast of his own record label Sutil Records that is developing its twentieth season 2025/26. It has become one of the shows specializing in electronic club music. most listened to in Spanish-speaking countries, which boasts the staggering figure of 20 years in business and many millions of listeners on radio and podcasting platforms.

Precisely with his own record project Sutil Records, which enjoys more than 20 years of activity, He has gained international respect by releasing original tracks and remixes of artists such as David Tort, D-Formation, Mihai Popoviciu, Mendo, The Scumfrog…, or legendary vocalists and divas of House music such as Barbara Tucker either Shena. It is also a platform to launch your own more personal projects.

One of his latest achievements has been to perform the electronic musical part of the show Maestro Live Show, which combines a symphony orchestra with DJ sets, with one of the artists performing on stage. An unprecedented event that has been met with acclaim from both audiences and critics, having been held three times at the legendary opera house. Gran Teatre del Liceu of Barcelona, in the majestic Royal Theatre of Madrid, in it Castell de Peralada Festival and in the Cruïlla Festival held in the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium from Barcelona.

Linked to his role as a music producer, he was one of the three responsible for the creation of the Music for the opening ceremony of the Davis Cup by Rakuten Finals which was held in November 2019 in Madrid.

Winner of the aforementioned Ibiza Deejay Awards as well as several Deejay Mags and other important awards, are undoubtedly the endorsement of his solid career, making him a figure respected by the entire sector and the international music industry for his credibility, quality, experience and for his dedication and respect towards the expansion of the clubber sound with attitude at an international level.
